You will diagnose and perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances; complete make-readies for new residents; maintain common areas;

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance roles, preferably in residential property management.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with maintenance software (Yardi, OneSite) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete repairs to high standards.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with residents and team.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on property systems.
• Execute make-ready process and inspections for new residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize work orders.
• Assist with vendor coordination and on-site oversight.
• Support cost-management by repairing equipment when feasible.
• Complete and maintain service records and comply with safety standards.
