Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent fieldwork.
• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain property and correct unsafe conditions.
• Keep records of preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, and make-ready status.
• Rakes, sweeps, shovels, and salts property grounds as needed.
• Travel to vendors to pick up parts and supplies.
