Job summary

Arterra Place Apartments in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to preserve the physical integrity of the community. Responsibilities include repairs to apartments and common areas, make-ready preparations, inspections, and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• HVAC and CFC/EPA certifications strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel to vendors for parts and supplies.
• Willingness to obtain CAMT if requested by management.
• Drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate status of service requests to residents and staff.
• Maintain property safety and cleanliness across buildings and grounds.
• Keep accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests, and expenditures.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks as needed (raking, sweeping, salting).
• Replace locks and manage keys as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
