Job summary

Inland Residential Real Estate Services, Inc. in Aurora, CO seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold the property’s safety and integrity.

Responsibilities include general repairs, make-ready units, landscaping, and upkeep of common areas and grounds. The role requires hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC systems, and pool maintenance, with some travel for parts and supplies.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required or in progress.
• CFC/EPA approved certification required or willing to obtain within 45 days of hire.
• CAMT preferred; obtain if requested by management.
• CPO/CPR preferred and Fair Housing training expected.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate status of service requests to residents and staff.
• Keep property and grounds maintained and safe at all times.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, and make-ready status.
• Ensure all repairs are completed on schedule and proper parts are obtained.
• Travel to pick up replacement parts and supplies as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
