Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a Property Maintenance Tech-Piru for a direct hire role in Piru, CA. You will work to keep residential homes and common areas well-maintained, addressing plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include apartment turnarounds, preventive maintenance, and timely response to resident requests. A Monday–Friday schedule with an comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in apartment maintenance, property management, facilities, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair and basic carpentry.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
• Clean DMV record required.
• Current auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, basic carpentry).
• Complete apartment turnarounds and make-ready units.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain common areas and curb appeal.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies.
