Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• On-call required for after hours emergencies; weekends may be involved.
• Regular, consistent and timely attendance.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and crawl/ climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains skills in maintenance across multiple trades: plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Performs service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance for communities.
• Maintains common areas and grounds in line with company standards and safety practices.
• Inspects and mitigates hazards; adheres to safe work practices and safety training.
• Manages inventory of parts and equipment; may perform porter functions.
• Completes property preventative maintenance on required systems and equipment.
