PAC Properties in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician/handy man to service multiple properties in the Valley, Newhall and LA area. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with optional weekend overtime and no on-call hours.

You will need your own vehicle, possess basic hand tools, read work orders in English, and have experience in general repair, plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry and light HVAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in general repair across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to read and interpret work orders in English.
• Reliable transportation and own basic hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair multiple properties with focus on safety and quality.
• Address plumbing and electrical systems, replacing worn parts as needed.
• Repair parking lots and sidewalks with asphalt, patching, and concrete work.
• Repair/building brick, stone, concrete and wood components.
• Assist other departments with moving and stocking supplies.
• Clean interior areas, perform buffing, dusting, sweeping and mopping.
• Paint interior and exterior walls and trim.
