Two Plus Four Management Company Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day upkeep, repairs, safety, and appearance of assigned multifamily properties.

You will handle routine and preventive work, unit turnover, grounds care, and inspections, coordinating with management, residents, and vendors as needed. The role emphasizes timely, professional, and safe work in compliance with company policies and housing program requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior apartment/building maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents and staff.
• Must be able to read and follow work orders and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs within scope.
• Document work performed and materials used in the system.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy, including repairs and cleaning.
• Inspect and repair building systems and coordinate vendors when needed.
• Maintain tool inventory and report needs to supervisor.
• Communicate with residents about scheduled or emergency maintenance.
