Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience in residential properties.
• Pool and HVAC certifications preferred; boiler certification if applicable.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and physical demand analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping/janitorial, maintenance technicians, and grounds staff.
• Perform daily interior and exterior inspections to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Execute and document preventive maintenance program for resident units and common areas.
• Maintain inventory and purchasing for parts and supplies in an organized manner.
• Oversee pool maintenance and chemical inspections (where applicable) to meet codes and standards.
• Provide strong customer service and be available for on-call emergencies as requested by the Community Manager.
