Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping/janitorial, maintenance technicians, caretakers and grounds staff.
• Perform daily property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
• Execute and document preventive maintenance for apartments, public spaces and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies according to company purchasing guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call needs as directed by Community Manager.
