Job summary

SUHRCO Residential Properties in Seattle, WA is seeking a property/maintenance coordinator to oversee grounds, clubhouse upkeep, and resident communications. The role involves daily property walks, vendor coordination, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of common areas.

Requirements include a post-secondary certificate or related experience, basic software skills, and a proactive approach. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and opportunities in property management.

Qualifications

Education or experience as listed: one year certificate or 3–6 months related experience.
Knowledge of Internet software and word processing is expected.
Accounting software knowledge is preferable.

Responsibilities

Daily property walk to identify maintenance, landscaping, and rules violations.
Oversee maintenance and landscaping vendors, scheduling and inspections.
Clean the clubhouse weekly, including sauna, Jacuzzi, bathrooms, and meeting areas.
Maintain pool and Jacuzzi chemicals in summer and routine maintenance in year.
Notify management for major repairs or additions to equipment.
Set up board meetings and assist with resident communications.
