Job summary

SUHRCO Residential Properties LLC is seeking a diligent Maintenance/Property Coordinator to assist with grounds, building upkeep, and resident communications. You will perform daily property walk-throughs, supervise vendors, manage clubhouses and pool areas in season, and support office duties such as filing, scheduling and board meetings.

Ideal candidates have a certificate or some related experience, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Education or certificate in facility maintenance or related field.
• 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Familiarity with basic accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify maintenance, landscaping, and rule-violation issues.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and upkeep with vendors; inspect completed work.
• Ensure sidewalks, carport roofs and parking lots are clean and safe.
