Job summary

SUHRCO Residential Properties LLC is seeking a dedicated facilities and grounds specialist to maintain a multi-unit complex and ensure safety and compliance. The role includes daily property walks, coordinating vendor work, and managing clubhouse and pool areas during peak seasons.

The position emphasizes resident communication, adherence to safety procedures, and timely reporting of issues to the Association Manager. A full-time schedule with standard benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 1-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience preferred
• Strong communication and resident relations skills

Responsibilities

• Daily property walk to identify maintenance, landscaping, and rule violations
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and coordinate with vendors
• Maintain clubhouse, pool, and common areas; ensure cleanliness and safety
• Coordinate with management on repairs, safety, and lighting
• Maintain filing, logs, and access control; assist residents with inquiries
