Job summary

SUHRCO Residential Properties LLC is seeking a facilities and maintenance coordinator to keep a multi-property complex clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will monitor conditions, report issues to Association Manager, and assist with pool operations and resident communications.

Responsibilities include daily property walks, coordinating vendors, maintaining clubhouse, pool chemicals, and general building upkeep. The role emphasizes safety and timely communication.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid Washington Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Daily walk of property to identify maintenance landscaping and rules violation issues
• Complete or oversee vendor maintenance and upkeep of property based on checklists
• Oversee maintenance and landscaping vendors including scheduling of service and inspections
• Clean the clubhouse on a weekly basis including sauna Jacuzzi bathrooms and meeting areas
• Daily maintenance of Jacuzzi and pool in the summer to ensure chemicals are balanced
• Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting heating and ventilating equipment
