Job summary

SUHRCO Residential Properties LLC is seeking a dedicated facilities and maintenance professional to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly complex and to support residents and the Association Manager as needed.

You will oversee grounds and building upkeep, coordinate with vendors, and manage office tasks such as filing, check-out system, and meeting room setup. A valid WA driver license and the ability to pass background screening are required.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of Internet software and word processing software; knowledge of accounting software is preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily walk of property to identify maintenance, landscaping, and rules violation issues.
• Oversee maintenance and landscaping vendors, including scheduling of service, notification of residents, and inspecting work.
• Clean the clubhouse weekly including sauna, Jacuzzi, bathrooms, and meeting areas.
• Daily maintenance of Jacuzzi and pool (in summer) to balance chemicals.
• Maintains building with minor painting, plumbing, electrical, and related maintenance tasks.
• Notify management regarding major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
