SHP Management Corp. in New York, NY is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, and manage tenant communications. You will coordinate annual certifications, TRACS submissions, HUD/REAC readiness, and the property A/R cycle for a 224-unit site.

The role requires experience with Section 8 or tax credit programs, proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Real Page, YARDI), and strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years Project-based Section 8 or tax credit experience.
• Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office; Real Page, YARDI or other property management software required.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team.
• Ability to organize and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Oversee property operations and staff supervision.
