Job summary

Harmoniq Residential is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations across a growing residential portfolio. You will assist with accounts payable and receivable, resident account administration, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with property management or multifamily housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding and routing.
• Assist with weekly and monthly payment processing.
• Reconcile resident ledgers and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and assist month-end close.
• Support annual audits and tax-related requests.
• Maintain organized accounting records and files.
