Edwards Legal in Sussex is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or ILEX to take over an existing caseload. The role offers 50% home/remote working, with a modern town centre office and a team of 10 fee earners.
You will handle the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, including seafront apartments, family homes, investments, RTBs, and new builds. Experience with lease extensions or enfranchisement is advantageous.
Formación
- Must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer able to run a full caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience with residential lease extensions, enfranchisement or rural/country properties is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead on sale/purchase transactions for freehold and leasehold properties including seafront apartments, family homes, investment properties, RTBs and new build developments.
- Support from admin/secretarial team is available.

Working from the firms modern town centre offices you will be joining a team of 10 fee earners dealing with the sale/purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties which include seafront apartments, family homes, investment properties, RTBs and new build developments. Any experience with residential lease extensions, enfranchisement or rural/country properties would be an added advantage.
Candidates should be Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers able to run a full caseload with minimal supervision, full admin/secretarial support is on hand.
Generous salary, benefits package, bonus scheme and home/remote working 2-3 days is on offer.
