Edwards Legal in Sussex is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or ILEX to take over an existing caseload. The role offers 50% home/remote working, with a modern town centre office and a team of 10 fee earners.

You will handle the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, including seafront apartments, family homes, investments, RTBs, and new builds. Experience with lease extensions or enfranchisement is advantageous.

Competenze

• Must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer able to run a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience with residential lease extensions, enfranchisement or rural/country properties is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead on sale/purchase transactions for freehold and leasehold properties including seafront apartments, family homes, investment properties, RTBs and new build developments.
• Support from admin/secretarial team is available.
