As a result of increased work flows there is a new opportunity for an Enfranchisement/Lease Extension Lawyer to join the team. Your role will focus on a full caseload of lease extensions, mainly transactional but some experience of contentious may be an advantage, there may be an opportunity to oversee trainees/jnr staff and occasional marketing, for those that desire it.
