JS Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer for a growing Ipswich-based law firm. You will manage your own caseload, handling sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, and new build matters from instruction to completion while liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent customer care and communications skills
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handle sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, and new build properties
• Manage matters from instruction through to completion
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders
• Support the growth of the conveyancing department
