Generator Supercenter is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage coordination and closure of up to 35 residential projects weekly, while maintaining clear communication with up to 300 clients. The role emphasizes timely delivery and customer satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

You will schedule, track, and coordinate resources with field crews, oversee project closures, and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel).
• Customer-focused with keen attention to detail and commitment to keeping clients informed.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior experience managing client communications for multiple projects or working with a high volume of customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Schedule and track 30 ongoing projects per week, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Customer Updates: Provide regular progress updates to up to 300 clients, informing them of status, timeline, and delays.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with coworkers and field crews to allocate resources and complete tasks on time.
• Closing Projects: Oversee timely closure of completed projects and ensure documentation is filed and feedback collected.
• Time Management: Prioritize and manage tasks for multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Problem-Solving: Address scheduling issues with internal teams and customers to find solutions.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of progress and provide weekly reports to management.
