Generator Supercenter is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage coordination and closure of up to 35 residential projects weekly, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will maintain clear communication with up to 300 clients, provide progress updates, and collaborate with field crews to allocate resources and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel).
• Customer-focused with keen attention to detail and commitment to keeping clients informed.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Schedule and track 30 ongoing projects per week, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Customer Updates: Provide regular progress updates to up to 300 clients.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with coworkers and field crews to allocate resources and meet deadlines.
• Closing Projects: Oversee timely closing of completed projects and collect feedback for improvement.
• Time Management: Prioritize and manage tasks for multiple projects.
• Problem-Solving: Address scheduling issues, working with internal teams and customers to resolve.
• Reporting: Maintain records and provide weekly progress reports to management.
