Generator Supercenter is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the coordination and closure of up to 35 residential projects per week, maintaining clear communication with up to 300 clients and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role you will schedule, track, and coordinate resources, provide regular updates, oversee timely project closures, and report progress to management while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track 30 ongoing projects per week, meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Provide regular progress updates to up to 300 clients.
• Collaborate with coworkers and field crews to allocate resources and complete tasks on time.
• Oversee timely closing of completed projects and collect feedback.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet client expectations without compromising quality.
• Address scheduling issues and resolve conflicts with internal teams and customers.
• Maintain detailed records and provide weekly progress reports to management.
