Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Austin is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage up to 35 residential projects weekly, while maintaining clear communication with as many as 300 clients throughout the lifecycle. You will coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and timely closure of projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with field crews and internal teams, track milestones, and provide detailed weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track 30 ongoing projects per week, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Provide regular progress updates to up to 300 clients, communicating status, timelines and delays.
• Collaborate with coworkers and field crews to allocate resources and complete tasks on time.
• Oversee timely closing of completed projects, ensure documentation is filed and feedback is collected.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet client expectations without compromising quality.
• Maintain detailed progress records and generate weekly status reports for management.
