Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Projects Associate to support our Projects team in coordinating new residential construction jobs.

You will enter critical data such as lot numbers and neighborhoods into internal systems to create projects and ensure readiness across teams. Key duties include merging data points to form a new Project, updating databases, and communicating with sales and field management to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of office experience in a detail-oriented role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; Google Docs/Sheets helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new residential construction projects by entering data into internal systems.
• Receive information on jobs won and merge data points to create a new Project.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure readiness throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with Field Management to ensure project readiness in the field.
• Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed.
• Update relevant statuses in database.
• Respond to sales inquiries via email and phone.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
