Job summary

Southern Exteriors in Georgia is seeking a Projects Associate to coordinate new residential construction projects. You will receive approved estimates and enter lot numbers, neighborhoods, and other data into internal systems to create new jobs.

Responsibilities include merging data points, coordinating with field management, troubleshooting issues, updating statuses, answering sales inquiries, and performing administrative duties as assigned.

• Receive information on jobs won by Southern Exteriors and create a new project in internal systems by merging data points (Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, Elevation, etc.).
• Communicate and coordinate with other internal team members to ensure readiness throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with Field Management to ensure project readiness in the field.
• Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed.
• Update relevant statuses in database.
• Respond to sales team inquiries via email and phone.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

The Projects Associate plays a key role in the workflow by receiving approved estimates from external customers and entering essential information—such as lot number, neighborhood, and other qualifying data—into internal systems to create new jobs.

• Receive information on jobs won by Southern Exteriors via internal and external software portals.
• Merge information on data points such as Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, Elevation, etc… to create a new “Project.”
• Communicate and coordinate with other internal team members to ensure readiness throughout the construction process.
• Communicate and coordinate with Field Management team to ensure project readiness in the field.
• Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed.
