Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Projects Associate to support the Projects team in coordinating new residential construction projects in Jackson Township, PA.

You will receive approved estimates from external customers and enter essential information—such as lot number, neighborhood, and other qualifying data—into internal systems to create new jobs. Responsibilities include merging data points, coordinating with Field Management and other teams to ensure project readiness, troubleshooting

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years office experience in a detail-oriented position; construction background helpful.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; strong customer service & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive information on jobs won by Southern Exteriors via internal and external software portals.
• Merge information on data points such as Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, Elevation, etc… to create a new “Project.”
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with Field Management team to ensure project readiness in the field.
• Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed.
• Update relevant statuses in database.
• Respond to sales team inquiries via email and phone.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
