Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating/construction or field-service projects.
• Ability to review scopes, estimates and schedules.
• Strong organization and problem-solving under deadlines.
• Confident communication with homeowners, crews, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from sales approval through completion and closeout.
• Review scopes, estimates, documents, photos, measurements, and requirements.
• Coordinate readiness, deposits, scheduling, materials, equipment, and crew needs.
• Maintain communication between sales, customers, field crews, vendors, and management.
• Track multiple active projects and flag scheduling or material issues.
• Coordinate changes or unexpected field conditions that affect execution.
• Visit active job sites to review progress, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Help ensure crews have information, materials, and prep needed to complete the project.
