Our reputation has been built on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first showroom visit through final installation.

We’re looking for an experienced Production & Showroom Manager to oversee our showroom while driving projects from sale to completion.

Position Summary

The Production & Showroom Manager is responsible for ensuring every project moves efficiently through the sales, ordering, scheduling, installation, and completion process.

This individual will lead showroom operations while coordinating with salespeople, installers, vendors, and customers to keep jobs on schedule, resolve issues quickly, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Showroom Leadership

• Oversee daily showroom operations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers with product selections
• Maintain showroom appearance
• Manage showroom staff

Production & Operations

• Own every job from signed contract to final completion
• Ensure jobs move through each production stage without delays
• Order materials and verify delivery schedules
• Coordinate with installation crews and subcontractors
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status
• Resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems
• Keep projects on time and on budget
• Track outstanding punch-list items until complete
• Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing
• Hold installation teams accountable for production schedules
• Conduct daily production meetings
• Prioritize workload based on customer needs
• Improve operational efficiency
• Develop systems that reduce delays and increase productivity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, production, or operations management
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently
• Experience using CRM software and QuickBooks is preferred
• Experience in fireplaces, construction, kitchen & bath, flooring, roofing, windows, or similar industries is a plus
