Qualifications

• Experience in countertops, kitchen design, or cabinet industry.
• This role requires independence as the sole on-site team member.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional image in dress and presentation.
• Ability to interpret drawings and project plans.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for estimates and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product selection for countertops and related materials.
• Educate customers on options, uses, and applications.
• Recommend material and color alternatives when needed.
• Schedule and conduct showroom appointments (walk-ins included).
• Prepare residential estimates when time allows.
• Maintain showroom samples and displays.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with paperwork related to appointments and selections.
• Support showroom operations and company initiatives.
