Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for our Portland Branch. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to order completion, including estimates, measurements, quotes, and coordination with internal departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple projects with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience; construction/ countertop industry preferred.
• Experience with estimating, blueprint interpretation, and measurements preferred.
• Interior design experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills; learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates by reviewing blueprints, specs, and measurements.
• Provide customers with pricing, lead times, and installation expectations.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Enter orders and quotes into company systems and confirm availability.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and installation to move projects forward.
