Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Residential Coordinator in New Hampshire to oversee group home operations, supervise staff, and support individuals' goals. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, manage ISAs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will plan community-based activities, maintain documentation, monitor budgets, and coordinate repairs. The role requires leadership, a strong commitment to quality services, and at least five years in IDD

Qualifikationen

• Five years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Five years of management experience.
• Valid NH driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degrees preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage operation of assigned group home(s).
• Hire, train, supervise staff and Team Leads per regulations and Benchmark policies.
• Mentor and train new Managers.
• Participate with interdisciplinary team in development of each client's ISA.
• Serve as the coordinator of each individual's ISA.
• Plan and implement community-based, age-appropriate activities.
• Complete documentation and maintain client files per regulations.
• Ensure a safe environment for individuals served.
• Coordinate repairs and upkeep of group homes.
• Manage budgets and staffing to minimize overtime.
