Hope Family Partners is seeking a Residential Coordinator to oversee daily operations of residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maine. You will supervise DSPs and House Managers, ensure ISPs are implemented, and maintain compliance with MaineCare HCBS standards.

You will monitor documentation, support staff training, coordinate scheduling, and promote a safe, person-centered, community-based service delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential or developmental disability services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MaineCare HCBS waiver programs (Section 21/29 preferred).
• CRMA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and ensure timely documentation.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and House Managers; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain compliance with MaineCare HCBS standards, MARs, incident reports, and licensing expectations.
• Support staffing scheduling, coverage, and recruitment efforts for DSPs.
• Serve as liaison between staff, families, and case managers; participate in team meetings.
• Identify performance gaps and lead improvement plans; participate in investigations as needed.
