Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited in New Hampshire seeks a Residential Operations Supervisor to oversee evening and overnight residential programs, ensuring health, safety, and welfare of individuals while supervising DSPs and overnight staff. You will be responsible for staff coaching, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of OPWDD or comparable residential service experience.
• 1+ year in leadership, supervisory, or senior DSP roles preferred.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regs, person-centered practices, and residential requirements.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of residential staff on evenings and overnights.
• Conduct routine and unannounced visits to sites during overnight hours.
• Ensure staff remain awake, alert, and engaged on night shifts.
• Monitor staff performance and adherence to policies and OPWDD regs.
• Coach, mentor, and train DSPs and overnight staff.
• Complete required records, incident reports, and documentation timely.
