Job summary

Support Solutions in Dyersburg, TN is seeking a House Manager to oversee administrative and programmatic duties across assigned facilities. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure staffing ratios, train staff, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires arranging coverage, coordinating with the Program Coordinator, and ensuring service recipients receive proper care and documentation. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and open communication with management.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of direct service experience with adults with mental disabilities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of personal care tasks.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Meet state background checks and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and participate in hiring decisions with input from the Program Coordinator/Director.
• Attend ISP meetings and Circle of Support meetings; develop ISP plans and monthly calendars; ensure compliance with ISP.
• Schedule and conduct staff meetings and trainings; maintain clear communication; arrange staffing coverage for shifts.
