Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of direct service experience with adults with mental disabilities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with personal care as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; meet background checks and TB/chest x-ray requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and assist with hiring/firing with input from supervisor.
• Attend ISP and Circle of Support meetings; help develop ISP plans and monthly calendars.
• Schedule staff, training, and meetings; ensure accurate records and compliance with regulations.
• Provide transportation for service recipients as required; monitor budgets and program supplies.
