Job summary

Support Solutions in Trenton, TN seeks a House Manager to oversee administrative and programmatic duties, ensuring the staffing ratio, staff training, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities in a safe home.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license. This position may involve on-call responsibilities and flexible scheduling to support program needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have one year experience in direct service delivery with adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals with input from Program Coordinator/Regional Director.
• Attend planning meetings and contribute to ISP/PCSP and activity calendars.
• Schedule and lead staff meetings and trainings; ensure proper implementation of plans and policies.
• Provide safe transport for served individuals to events, job sites and medical appointments.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy records, daily notes, and ensure compliance with funding sources.
• Ensure medical appointments are completed and documented; coordinate staff coverage for appointments.
• Report incidents promptly according to policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets and procure items; manage inventory of possessions.
• Maintain a safe, clean home and safe transportation; oversee meals and menus.
• Communicate openly with served individuals, staff, and supervisors; perform other duties as assigned.
