Job summary

Support Solutions SSMS in Selmer, Tennessee, is seeking a House Manager to oversee administrative and programmatic duties for assigned facilities. The role includes supervising Direct Support Professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating staffing to maintain proper coverage across shifts.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of direct service experience with adults with mental disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have computer literacy and be able to use basic software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and manage hiring/firing with input from supervisors.
• Attend ISP and Circle of Support meetings and contribute to ISP development.
• Schedule staff meetings and training; ensure proper program implementation and coverage.
• Provide direct service coverage when needed, including transportation of recipients.
• Maintain accurate service recipient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and household resources; maintain safe, clean homes.
