Job summary

Pathway to Possible Inc is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the overall operation of the house, ensuring high quality services to individuals, scheduling and supervising staff, and managing fiduciary oversight. The role includes supervising medication administration and keeping records compliant with DDS, DPH, and agency expectations.

The position requires coordinating 24/7 coverage, engaging with families and guardians, and ensuring safety and adherence to ISP plans while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is preferred.
• Graduate degree is preferred.
• Experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the house operation and ensure high quality services.
• Schedule and supervise all support staff and 24/7 coverage.
• Manage fiduciary oversight and budget alignment.
• Oversee medication administration and health plans for residents.
• Maintain program records per state and federal requirements.
