Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant supervisory or service background is a plus.
• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities (or similar role).

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Lead team performance through communication, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement activity programs (Meaningful Day curriculum).
• Communicate with families/guardians as needed.
• Support individuals per ISP/PCP including medication management and meal planning.

Education
