Job summary

Imagine! seeks a seasoned Residential Program Manager to lead community-based residential and wraparound services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Colorado. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and cross-team collaboration to support program success.

The position involves supervising staff, managing budgets, addressing delivery issues, and representing Imagine! in community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Colorado developmental disabilities system.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing host homes and Health Department regulations.
• Demonstrated skill in working with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels.
• Effective negotiator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Oversees administration, planning, and success of residential and wraparound services for adults with IDD.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations and organizational policies.
• Ensures quality of services through staff, consumer, guardian and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Directly supervises residential staff including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Supports the Assistant Director to develop and monitor departmental budget.
• Addresses service delivery issues and implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Identifies process improvements to streamline documentation and service delivery workflows.
• Responds to emergencies on a 24-hour basis with case managers and site supervisors.
• Represents the Residential program in the community and at stakeholder meetings.
• Requires regular use of a personal vehicle with adequate liability insurance.
• Ensures integrity and accuracy of data in the EHR and other systems.
