Job summary

Cottonwood Community Alternatives, Inc. (CCA) is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee all aspects of our residential services for adults with IDD in Colorado.

You will supervise staff, ensure person-centered care, and coordinate service plans while managing program compliance and billing collaboration. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of supervisory experience, plus a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent mix of undergrad study and experience.
• Two years of management/supervision experience required.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• No major driving violations in the last 5 years and no more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential program services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage a caseload of 15–20 adults with IDD, ensuring person-centered care and service coordination.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and retain residential staff/providers, fostering a supportive and accountable team.
• Conduct performance evaluations, address employee concerns, and implement disciplinary actions when needed.
• Lead development and monitoring of programs in line with each individual’s Service Plan.
• Review attendance, billing data, and payroll with Billing Coordinator for accurate tracking.
• Monitor environments to ensure compliance with IDD standards and regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports and documentation timely and accurately.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to provide support and respond to emergencies.
