Job summary

OTC Services seeks a Residential Area Manager to lead two residential homes serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality service delivery, and fiscal accountability.

You will supervise staff, coordinate staffing coverage, and participate in governance activities while maintaining a strong focus on consumer health, safety, and community integration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Human Services, Developmental Disabilities, Residential Services, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple programs, staff, or service locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple residential programs to ensure consistency in service delivery, staffing practices, documentation standards, and consumer supports.
• Oversees staffing operations across assigned residential homes and ensures adequate staffing patterns.
• Provides direct supervision and leadership to Direct Support Professionals, Lead DSPs, and other assigned employees.
• Maintains compliance with all DDD regulations, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, licensing, and OTC policies.
• Ensures implementation of ISPs, behavior support plans, and person-centered goals.
• Manages program budgets and monitors expenditures for fiscal responsibility.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and vehicle usage across homes.
• Maintains relationships with families, guardians, and external stakeholders.
