Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to oversee habilitative and behavioral supports across multiple programs in Westchester and Rockland Counties. You will lead assessments, develop behavior support plans, monitor progress and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires advanced credentials in psychology or related fields, experience with OPWDD regulations, and the ability to train staff while managing data

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical or treatment field and relevant training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development.
• BCBA certification is preferred for lead roles and supervision.
• NYSED license in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent is required or pursued within timeline.

Responsibilities

• Identifies habilitative, behavioral and psychiatric needs through assessments and plans.
• Develops written habilitative and behavior support plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Directs day-to-day data collection and ensures accurate documentation and reporting.
• Trains staff on behavioral interventions and data collection methods.
• Acts as clinical team leader in meetings and case reviews.
