Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking dedicated staff to supervise and care for individuals with developmental needs. You will support daily living activities, implement behavior plans, and assist with medical and safety procedures while upholding person-centered approaches.

Responsibilities include crisis management, documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care across settings. A strong emphasis on safety, empathy, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT or related certs as needed.
• Basic computer skills (email, systems) and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, protect, and care for individuals at all times.
• Facilitate learning and training in safety and crisis management.
• Follow individualized service plans and behavior support plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with ADLs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team and attend meetings to ensure high-quality care.
