Job summary

InVision Human Services, Inc. seeks a Front-Line Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals in residential programs. You will ensure compliance with 6400/6100 regulations, monitor staff performance, and coordinate care plans with families and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include training DSPs, maintaining thorough documentation, and serving as the primary liaison for program operations and safety procedures across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, business, or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory or lead experience in a human services setting.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and licensing standards in residential programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for family and staff coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality services.
• Maintain compliance with 6400/6100 licensing standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with families and external stakeholders as primary contact.
• Oversee documentation including service notes, plans, and evaluations.
• Lead monthly meetings and provide ongoing feedback and training.
