Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Vineland, NJ to oversee daily program operations and supervise staff on shift. You will manage schedules, provide direct care, and handle medication administration as part of a supportive residential team.

The role emphasizes safety, client care, and incident response within a fast-paced environment. 18+ with a high school diploma and NADSP certification within the first year are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years old and have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADL's, meal prep, and supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident Management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage house needs including menu, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the home and perform daily maintenance.
