Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Trenton, NJ to oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure high-quality services for participants. The role includes coordinating activities, supervising staff, and managing a caseload as needed.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in a human services residential setting, a HS diploma or GED, and a willingness to obtain NADSP certification within the first year if required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• 1-3 total years of experience in a human services residential setting
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year of hire, if required

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and be the point person on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Provide Direct Care responsibilities including ADL, meals, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee household needs: menu, groceries, housekeeping.
• Maintain safety and enforce program policies.
