Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Virginia Beach, VA to oversee day-to-day programs, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality services to participants. Reporting to the Program Manager, you may manage a caseload and lead shift operations.

Qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, stay calm under pressure, and work both independently and with a team. Must be 18+, HS diploma, 1–3 years in human services; NADSP cert within first year if required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADL's, food preparation/feeding, and supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu development, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home, including cleanliness and repairs.
